Elite Little Learners began with a deeply personal belief: babies and toddlers deserve care that is patient, purposeful, and built around who they are.
A need became a vision for families across Central Oregon.

When founder Elle searched for infant care for her daughter, Brielle, she needed a place ready to offer extra comfort, patience, and individual attention.
That search revealed how difficult it can be to find infant and toddler care that feels both deeply nurturing and intentionally educational. Elite Little Learners was created to answer that need—for Brielle, and for families throughout Madras and surrounding Central Oregon.
Here, the earliest years are treated with the importance they deserve. Caregivers are educators. Everyday moments become opportunities for development. Milestones are noticed and documented. Families are welcomed as partners.
